did not get the Foot patch

Unfortunately you were out of foot patch and I got the sport patch.
Put it on my lower back but developed a itchy rush quickly. I cannot use it and would like to get my money back. Let me how can I do it?

Never got a foot patch...............I got a sports patch to replace it. the adhesive is not very good......will not stick...disappointed!!!
